Alpa Palkhiwala’s series of meditation explores the theme of mindfulness in different lights. Each symbolizes different stages and aspects of the spiritual experience. The series evokes a sense of tranquility and encourages peaceful introspection. The composition emphasizes on the importance of inner peace which can be achieved with prayer surrounded by a calm environment.

Four differently colored solitary figures underscore one thing that remains common, that is the dedication and determination to accomplish a state of mind aloof from the rest of the world. To realize the true meaning of life and set the life's journey on a spiritual and positive path.
